2. Prompt to not find the control system each time you start the LED studio1. The signal acquisition line between the COM port and the data sending card is not connected or the COM port of the computer itself is broken.• Connect the data cable or replace the computer
3, the entire screen across the sixteen lines of data flash or constant1, check the settings in the LED studio• Open LED Studio Open Debug - Hardware Settings (password 168) - System Settings, set the row order to +0 or +1

• Give +5V or GND

• Disconnect the short circuit

• Supply OE signal

• Disconnect the short circuit from the open circuit

2. The half or bottom half of a cell board is not lit or displayed abnormally

1.Is there a leg OE signal of 1, 138?

2. Is the signal on the 11th and 12th legs of the 74HC595 normal? (SCLK, RCK)

3, whether the connected OE signal is normal; (open circuit or short circuit)

4. Whether the SCLK and RCK signals connected to the 245 pins of the double row pins are normal; (open circuit or short circuit)

• Connect the OE signal

• Connect the SCLK and RCK signals

• Disconnect the short circuit of the circuit breaker

• Disconnect the short circuit of the circuit breaker

3. The line of a cell board or a corresponding module is not lit or abnormally displayed

1. Check whether the pins of the line signal corresponding to the corresponding module are invisible or missing.

2. Check if the pins corresponding to TIP127 or 4953 are disconnected or short-circuited with other signals.

3, check whether the line signal's upper and lower resistances are not welded or missed.

4. Is the line signal output from the 74HC138 and the corresponding TIP127 or 4953 disconnected or shorted to other signals?

• Good welding for false and missing welds

• Disconnect the short circuit of the circuit breaker

• Solderless welding is good

• Disconnect the short circuit of the circuit breaker

4, a unit board has two lines at the same time (display the text when one normal line, one line is always bright)

1. Check whether the two lines corresponding to the module are short-circuited

2. Check to see if the output leg of the 138, the pull-up resistor and the module pin, and the output leg of the TIP127 are short-circuited

• Disconnect the short circuit

• Disconnect the short circuit

5, the first half or the lower half of the red or green is not lit or abnormal display

1, check the input pinout is normal or short circuit with GND, +5V

2. Check if the signal from input pin header to 245 is normal (short circuit or open circuit)

3, IC245 is bad

• Connect the circuit breaker

• Disconnect the short circuit

• Replace IC
